The Shoblexiat Duplex Apartments project is one of Golden Ratio Construction's largest residential glazing commissions — 68 luxury duplex units with a total glazing area of 3,038 m². Our scope covered full structural aluminum framing, custom aluminum entrance doors and windows for every unit, and bespoke skylight systems that bring natural light into the double-height living spaces. Coordinating a consistent finish standard across 68 individual apartments required a rigorous technical office process: a master shop drawing set, unit-by-unit installation scheduling, and dedicated QA/QC sign-off at each phase. The result is a cohesive residential development where every unit benefits from precision craftsmanship and lasting material performance.
