Residential envelope for private villas: structural facades, windows, and aluminum doors — 300 m².
Golden Ratio Construction delivered the full aluminum and glass envelope for a cluster of private villas in Riyadh, totalling 300 m² across multiple residential units. Each villa received a coordinated package of aluminum-framed structural facades, thermally broken tilt-and-turn window systems, sliding and swing door assemblies, and perimeter aluminum balustrades with tempered glass infill. Careful scheduling allowed installation across occupied residential phases without disrupting residents. Consistent material finishes and alignment between units were guaranteed through a common shop drawing set managed by a single site supervisor.
