Line Packing Factory in Dammam is one of Golden Ratio Construction's largest industrial facade projects, covering 1,200 m² across a modern production and logistics facility. The scope included heavy-duty aluminum framing systems rated for industrial wind loads, industrial-grade double-glazed window units with ventilation hoppers, wide-clearance aluminum sliding and swing doors engineered for forklift and equipment access, and insulated metal panel cladding for the non-glazed elevations. Our team coordinated closely with the main contractor and MEP consultants to sequence work around active production zones, delivering a functional, durable, and visually cohesive industrial envelope.
