Custom skylight installations across multiple private villas in Riyadh and Dammam — natural light brought deep into living spaces.

This multi-site skylight project spans several private villas in Riyadh and Dammam — bringing natural daylight into living areas, stairwells, and internal courtyards. Each skylight was custom-engineered to match the villa's structural bay, roof gradient, and design intent. We used thermally broken aluminum framing with laminated safety glass and UV-filtering coatings to manage solar heat gain while maximising light transmission in the Gulf climate. Drainage channels, condensation management, and weatherproof sealing were addressed in the detailed design. The result across all sites is transformative — spaces that feel open, airy, and connected to the sky.
