Operations Manager
At Golden Ratio Construction, my role is to make sure every facade, window and glazing project is delivered safely, on time and within budget. Our crews are trained, certified and guided by clear method statements and HSE plans. From procurement and logistics to site installation and handover, we coordinate every step so clients enjoy a smooth, predictable build.
We specialize in aluminum facades, doors & windows, curtain wall systems (unitized and stick), skylights, canopies, ACP/metal cladding, louvers and architectural glass packages. Our technical office develops accurate shop drawings, coordinates in BIM when required and applies practical value engineering to reduce cost without compromising performance or aesthetics.
Whether the project is a villa, commercial tower, hospital or industrial facility, we comply with the Saudi Building Code and international best practices. We’ve delivered scopes across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, keeping sites safe and schedules realistic. Clear communication and rapid issue-resolution are non-negotiable for my team.
