Golden Ratio Construction delivered the complete facade package for Ishraqa Alibtsama Center, an 800 m² commercial development in Riyadh. Our scope covered full structural aluminum framing, custom cladding panels in a premium anodized finish, energy-efficient double-glazed window systems, and bespoke entrance door assemblies. The center required a precise exterior identity that would distinguish it from neighboring commercial properties. Our technical office developed detailed shop drawings, coordinated structural anchor layouts, and managed a phased installation sequence that kept the client's interior fit-out schedule on track.
