Curtain wall and unitized systems with premium door and window packages.
For Aljazira Bank in Jeddah, Golden Ratio Construction engineered and installed a sophisticated curtain wall and unitized glazing system that combines visual elegance with technical performance. The unitized panels were factory-assembled, reducing on-site installation time and ensuring watertight, thermally broken joints across the entire envelope. Premium aluminum door systems with controlled access hardware and multi-point locking were integrated seamlessly into the facade design. Window packages featured thermal-break profiles and reflective glass to manage solar gain in Jeddah's coastal climate.
