Healthcare facade: structural glazing, cladding, windows, and aluminum doors — 500 m² compliant medical envelope.
Alnajah Hospital in Riyadh required a facade system meeting the stringent requirements of healthcare environments — clean surfaces, non-porous materials, controlled ventilation, and a welcoming visual language. Golden Ratio Construction delivered 500 m² encompassing structural silicone glazing, hygienic aluminum cladding panels, thermally insulated window units with restricted ventilation openings, and wide-clearance aluminum doors rated for medical equipment and stretcher access. All materials were selected for low-maintenance, anti-microbial compatibility and resistance to hospital-grade cleaning agents. The facade complies with Saudi Health Authority technical guidelines.
