The Al-Khobar Views residential tower project demonstrates Golden Ratio Construction's capacity to deliver large-scale glazing packages for high-rise residential buildings. The scope included a full curtain wall system on the main facade, aluminum-framed balcony railings with tempered glass infill, and thermally broken window units throughout all residential floors.
